Along with civilizational progress, more and more often we are accompanied by mediocrity. All it takes is just to start looking for furniture at reasonable price, to find an ocean of producers having almost the same offer – seas of chipboards, endlessness of MDF, ABS edgings lurking from behind every corner… Shapes defined by a number of possible cut-outs from one standard board, a line production set for speed… This is not who we are!
Naturality
From its very beginning, Loftable was driven by the philosophy of quality over quantity, incorporating values higher than mere usefulness and framing them into individual creations where almost every element is original and unique. Therefore, we turned to natural wood. Texture, grain, species, history – wood is a combination of ingredients giving uniqueness that cannot be extracted from wooden spam, widely known as chipboard. Our wood is also not just any wood.
Functionality
Carefully selected suppliers, certified stock, environment care, manual processing and attention given to each element separately is a manifestation of conscious creation and not factory production. Loftable is a form inspired equally by function and psychology, and the need of pragmatism is as important as emotional needs. For us, the needs of body are as important as the spiritual ones and a craftsman and tycoon have the same goal as an artist and an architect – to combine all cardinal values into something timeless that can be referred to regardless of age, region or culture.
